Bobby Wales has been named as the Star Man in the SPFL Team of the Week.
The on-loan Kilmarnock hitman scored twice against Cove Rangers last Saturday, with his second proving to be the winner.
His second goal also guaranteed Alloa a chance at promotion, as they sealed a playoff spot with two games left.
Craig Fowler from A View from the Terrace named his top XI from Scottish football, and hailed Wales' strikes as "excellently taken.
He said: "Two excellently-taken goals from the on-loan Kilmarnock striker helped Alloa Athletic clinch a play-off spot in cinch League 1 with a 3-2 win at Cove Rangers on Saturday evening.
"Wales netted his first shortly after the break, but the Wasps needed their striker to win the match again late on after Cove tied it up at 2-2.
"Wales is this week's star man."
